Czech army chief rejects lay criticism of military
February 13th, 2018
Czech Chief-of-Staff Josef Becvar rejected the lay statements criticising the military command and "creating appealing headlines" in his speech at the beginning of a military staff meeting assessing the 2017 tasks on Tuesday. Defence Minister Karla Slechtova (for ANO) said she would like to update the medium-term military goals to make them both realistic and ambitious and complete the tenders for helicopters and radars.
