Construction of cargo base, car park to start at Liszt Ferenc

Construction will start this year of a cargo base and a six-level enclosed car park at Liszt Ferenc International, the spokesman for operator Budapest Airport said on public radio on Friday. Mihaly Hardy told Kossuth Radio that the airport had inaugurated a 7.8 billion forint (EUR 24m) passenger pier on Wednesday. The new pier is 220m long and has an area of more than 10,000sqm. Boarding gates line both sides of the pier.
