Budapest Assembly rules to sell Balna shopping centre

The Budapest Assembly at its regular Wednesday session voted to announce an open tender to sell the Balna Shopping and Cultural Centre. The decision to announce a tender for the 13,000 square-meter landmark building on the Danube received 20 votes in favour, 9 against and 1 abstention. The minimum net sale price is set at 11 billion forints (EUR 35.5m).
