Blast claims one life in Czech military quarters

One person died and one got injured in an explosion that occurred in the Jugo military quarters in Vyskov on Tuesday morning, Defence Ministry spokesman Jan Pejsek said. The blast is a tragic accident that must be investigated, Defence Minister Martin Stropnicky told CTK. The ministry said the blast was not believed to have been caused by an attack or a premeditated act.
