Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis suggested to British Prime Minister Theresa May during their Saturday phone call to organise a second Brexit referendum and while she refused, Babis still believes it is an option, he said in a tweet on Wednesday. "I told her that the best option would be if the UK stayed in the EU. This is why I am convinced it is worth calling a second referendum," Babis said. May refuses such a step. She previously said that a second referendum could mean that the UK would never leave the EU, which is not what the public voted for in 2016.
