The Thursday ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), is relatively "unimportant" in view of the fact that the EU's mandatory migrant resettlement quota has been discontinued, Prime Minister Andrej Babis said on Thursday. The Czech Republic has not accepted migrants, he stressed, referring to the CJEU's Thursday ruling against the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary for flouting the quota regulation.
