The Chamber of Deputies will vote on a stronger Czech military presence in Afghanistan, Iraq and Mali on Friday, but not on sending more troops to the Baltics as the Communists (KSCM) are opposed to it, Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) told journalists after a cabinet meeting on Wednesday. Babis is negotiating with the KSCM about its support for the possible next minority government of the ANO movement and the Social Democrats (CSSD). The KSCM criticised the government's draft policy statement over the pledge to reinforce the Czech foreign military operations.
