ZSSK: Bratislava-Zurich rail transport in less than 10 hours

Railway passengers will be able to travel from Bratislava to Zurich in less than 10 hours without changing trains, which amounts to a significant improvement on the path to a more frequent and quicker connection with the West, general director of the state-owned railway carrier ZSSK announced at an unveiling of Railjet Xpress in co-operation with Austrian carrier OBB on Thursday. Railjet Xpress with a top speed of 230 km/h will start operating as of December 9, 2018. The train will be made up of Austrian Viaggio Comfort set.
