In December, the Venice Commission will adopt an opinion on draft laws aimed at reforming the Polish judicial system, Panos Kakaviatos, the spokesman for the commission, told PAP on Tuesday. Kakaviatos added the opinion would be passed without commission representatives' visit to Poland. During its December 8-9 plenary session, the commission, an advisory body to the Council of Europe, will issue an opinion on a draft law on Poland's prosecution and a separate opinion on two draft laws aimed at reforming the country's judicial system.
