The scandals around Prime Minister Andrej Babis are harming the Czech Republic's reputation abroad, but they are unlikely to influence his position with voters, the opposition said on Tuesday, reacting to a verdict of the European Court of Human Rights. The court rejected Babis's complaint against Slovakia in which he wanted it to deny his being registered as a Communist StB secret service agent. "There have been so many scandals that voters are tired, and no longer see their importance," the chairman of TOP 09, Jiri Pospisil, said today.
