Szeged official detained over alleged VAT fraud

The National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) has detained Marton Joob, a municipal representative in Szeged, in southern Hungary, on charges of VAT fraud in the range of hundreds of millions of forints, news portal Origo reported late on Tuesday.
