U.S. Steel Kosice reducing working week to four days in July as well

Employees of U.S. Steel Kosice will work a reduced, four-day week in July as well, company spokesman Jan Baca confirmed for TASR on Friday, adding that the company management has agreed on this with the trade union. The reason for the shortened working week is the unfavourable and still worsening situation on the steel market. Employees will receive 60 percent of their pay on days on which they stay at home.
