STAN approves list of candidates for EP elections

The national committee of the Czech opposition Mayors and Independents (STAN) approved the final list of its candidates for the May elections to the European Parliament today. In the elections, STAN cooperates with TOP 09, the Greens, the Liberal Ecological Party (LES) and 14 regional groupings. Last week, the representatives of TOP 09 and STAN approved the election cooperation, saying that the list of candidates will be headed by MEPs Jiri Pospisil (TOP 09) and Stanislav Polcak (STAN).
