Some 30 Czechs travel to North or South pole a year

About 10 Czechs travel to the South Pole and 20 to the North Pole a year, while 50 set out for a voyage around Antarctica and 250 visit Greenland, according to travel agencies CTK has addressed on the 90th death anniversary of Roald Amundsen, the first man to reach the South Pole in 1911.
