Slovakia to draw up farm strategy up to 2030

Slovakia will draw up a strategic paper on how its agriculture should develop until 2030, Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini and Agriculture Minister Gabriela Matecna agreed with representatives of the Agricultural and Food Administration Council on Tuesday. The premier said that measures that need to be adopted in agriculture should be defined in the document. "And I hope that if such a document is adopted, future governments will also observe it, regardless of their preferences or what political parties they will be composed of," he said.
