Slovakia ratifies CETA, it will benefit Slovakia, says economy ministry

Slovakia has ratified the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between the EU and Canada, which will be beneficial for Slovakia's economy, Economy Ministry spokesperson Maros Stano stated for TASR after Parliament on Wednesday approved the agreement. According to Stano, Parliament ratified the document with a constitutional majority. He noted that it's the most ambitious free trade agreement that the EU has reached with a G7 partner so far.
