Slovakia inflation 1.8 pc in October

Slovakia's EU-harmonised inflation stood at 1.8 percent year-on-year in October, the Slovak Statistics Office announced on Thursday. As for monthly developments in October, the index of consumer prices was mainly influenced by increases in the following categories: food products and non-alcoholic beverages, clothing and footwear, recreation and culture, alcoholic beverages and tobacco, restaurants and hotels, and housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels.
