Slovakia economic sentiment indicator up in Feb - stats office

The three-month moving average of Slovakia's Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) went up by 1 point month-on-month in February 2019 to 98.4 points, mainly due to an increase in consumer confidence and confidence in industry, the Statistics Office reported on Thursday. The current ESI lags behind the long-term average by 5.2 points and by 3.4 points in year-on-year terms.
