The manhunt unit of Slovakia's police corps, also known as the 'skull hunters', has tracked down and detained a certain Stefan H. from Krompachy (Kosice region), the target of an arrest warrant issued by the UK, the police reported on Facebook on Thursday. The man in question is suspected of having assaulted and raped a woman several times along with two other men in 2019. "The man fled the UK and was subsequently charged ... he's facing life imprisonment for these crimes," police said. The authorities explained that Stefan H. returned to Slovakia while attempting to cover his tracks. Nevertheless, the manhunt unit made educated guesses regarding his whereabouts and tracked him to his hideout.
