Slovak police detain Syrian migrants

A police patrol in Bratislava's borough of Rusovce detained on Friday morning a small group of illegal migrants who passed through the Rusovce - Rajka border crossing in a car. "When the driver spotted the patrol on the Slovak side, he tried to make a u-turn so that he could return to Hungary, but he failed and steered the car off the road instead," stated the police on Facebook, adding that four foreigners subsequently got out of the vehicle and tried to flee, but the patrol managed to detain them as well as the driver, who stayed put.
