Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) MP Karol Galek said at a joint opposition press conference on Wednesday that the opposition has collected enough MPs' signatures to initiate an extraordinary parliamentary session in response to the fact that parliament on Tuesday decided to postpone votes on more than half of the bills presented for the ongoing session, with the overwhelming majority of them being opposition bills. Opposition MPs stressed that it was their constitutional right to debate bills, noting that they have collected 50 signatures. According to Galek, all the bills that had been postponed would be addressed at the extraordinary session. Parliamentary Chair Andrej Danko is obliged to convene the session within seven days.
