Slovak justice min to reform business registers

In less than three years, Slovak entrepreneurs will be visiting notaries more often as a result of a proposal prepared by Justice Minister Lucia Zitnanska. She wants to revamp the system of business registers in the country through integrating the existing eight registers into a single 'mega-business' register. Zitnanska also wants to ease the burden of registry courts through her proposal. She intends to shift a part of their agenda to external entities, with notaries being most frequently mentioned in this connection.
