Slovak industrial orders up 8.1 pc in April

New orders in the Slovak industry grew by 8.1 percent year-on-year in April to stand at 4.322 billion euros, the Statistics Office reported on Friday. When seasonal influences are factored in, new industrial orders increased by 0.2 percent month-on-month in April. Meanwhile, orders since the beginning of 2018 reached 16.985 billion euros, which represented a 0.5 percent growth y-o-y.
