The Slovak government on Tuesday submitted a draft to parliament which would expand the field of those eligible to become prosecutor-generals to all Slovak citizens above 40 who are eligible for Parliament and have 15 years of experience as a lawyer, "probity and personal integrity". The opposition Smer party has slammed the draft as tailor-made for former interior and justice minister Daniel Lipsic.
