The Education, Science, Research and Sport Ministry has stated that it doesn't want research and development stimuli to be awarded to applicants who have an obligation to register themselves in the register of public sector partners (RPVS) but who aren't registered on the day of application. The change has been proposed by the ministry via an amendment to the law on stimuli for research and development. It should be presented for interdepartmental comments proceedings and should come into force on June 1, 2018.
