Slovak economic sentiment indicator falls 5.4 points to 97.6 in Dec

The three-month moving average of the Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) fell by 5.4 points to 97.6 in annual comparison in December, the Statistical Office reported on Friday. Month-on-month, it went up by 0.2 percentage points, mostly due to an increase in confidence in services and trade, the report said. It lags behind the long-term average by 6.2 points.
