Sejm accepts air passenger data transfer law

The Polish lower house passed a bill on Wednesday concerning the transfer of data (PNR - Passenger Name Record) to the Border Guard by airlines which fly passengers to and from the European Union, as well as between member states. The new law implements an EU Directive aimed at increasing air passenger safety.
