SaS won't nominate candidates for top court in next vote

The opposition Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) party will not nominate any candidates for the next round of voting on Constitutional Court judges, SaS MP Lubomir Galko told a press conference on Thursday. The party called for professional organisations to select candidates responsibly. "We, the party, won't propose any candidates so that those who will be nominated by professional organisations and academics won't bear the mark of a political party, which would automatically put them at a disadvantage," explained Galko.
