Most parts of Moravia, Silesia and northeast Bohemia are still facing the threat of floods, but the water level in most rivers in Moravia-Silesia is descending, while the flood danger is still acute in east Bohemia, according to data from the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (CHMU). Following the heavy rains on Wednesday, the third, highest degree of flood emergency was declared in 14 localities around 7am on Thursday.
