The criminal prosecution of Czech prime minister's son, Andrej Babis Jr, in the Capi hnizdo case has definitively ended as Supreme State Attorney Pavel Zeman checked the decision on the halting of the prosecution and left it unchanged, his spokesman Petr Maly told CTK on Thursday. Maly said the evidence did not prove that Babis Jr would have actively participated in the process of winning a subsidy co-financed from European funds. The Supreme State Attorney's Office has found no reason to abolish the decision of Jaroslav Saroch from the Prague Municipal State Attorney's Office, he said.
