Fifty-four percent of Poles declared confidence in President Andrzej Duda in late June and early July, which places him top in the confidence ranking. Trust in the president fell by 2 percentage points from the previous survey, a CBOS poll shows. Thirty-five percent of Poles do not trust Andrzej Duda, down by one percentage point in comparison with the previous poll. The president was followed by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who is trusted by 51 percent of those surveyed (down by two percentage points). Some 35 percent of Poles voiced distrust in the PM, unchanged. Leader of the ruling Law and Justice (PiS) Jaroslaw Kaczynski is trusted by 39 percent and distrusted by 48 percent.
