Andrzej Dera, an aide to Polish President Andrzej Duda, on Wednesday said the president would drop his court bills if they were radically changed by parliament. On July 24, the president announced he was vetoing the Law and Justice government's bills to reform the Supreme Court (SN) and the National Judicial Council (KRS), citing concerns over the growing influence of the justice minister on the courts, among other points.
