Prague to renegotiate partnership agreement with Beijing
January 21st, 2019
Prague will aim to modify its partnership agreement with Beijing to cross out the article approving the one-China policy, though the Czech Republic, EU and USA recognise it, and if not successful, will terminate the partnership, the City Council's resolution approved today says. Prague says that such statement, which means not recognising the independence of Taiwan, does not belong into a partnership agreement between two cities.
