Prague supports migrants' disembarkation platforms outside Europe

Prague is of the view that the platforms where the migrants heading for Europe who were rescued at sea would disembark should be outside Europe, State Secretary for the EU Ales Chmelar told reporters after a meeting of the EU members' ministers in charge of European affairs on Tuesday. He said they had not yet reached consensus on the issue two days before the Thursday summit.
