The Czech Social Democrats (CSSD) want to introduce free public transport in Prague, build accessible housing opportunities and a new metro line and complete the motorway if they win the October 5-6 local elections, CSSD representatives said during the election campaign on Monday. CSSD chairman Jan Hamacek, candidate for Prague mayor Jakub Landovsky and candidate to the City Assembly Irena Ropkova were speaking to journalists. Hamacek said he has welcomed the CSSD Prague branch's decision to nominate Landovsky as its election leader and candidate for mayor.
