Prague City Hall hoists rainbow flag to support LGBT festival

The Prague City Hall hoisted a rainbow flag to support the Prague Pride festival of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community (LGBT) today when the event started, the City Hall representatives have told reporters. At the same time, the Prague leadership criticised the fact that same-sex couples cannot enter into marriage in the Czech Republic. Czech law only allows registered partnership of homosexuals, but not matrimony.
