Prague can extradite ex-leader Sargsyan's nephew to Armenia-court

The Czech Republic can extradite Narek Sargsyan, the nephew of former Armenian president and PM who is wanted by the police, to Armenia, the Prague Municipal Court decided last week, its spokeswoman Marketa Puci told CTK on Monday. The final say on the extradition of the 37-year-old man suspected of drug dealing and illegal arms possession, is up to Justice Minister Marie Benesova (for ANO).
