Polish president: dialogue with Russia 'needed', yet respect for int'l law 'expected'

A dialogue is needed, but first, we expect Russia to abide by the law, the Polish president said, referring to Russia's failure to return the wreckage of the Polish Tu-154m which crashed in Smolensk in 2010, killing all on board, including then President Lech Kaczynski. Talking to a Catholic radio Friday, Andrej Duda asserted that Poland was still striving to bring the wreckage of TU-154M back to Poland.
