Polish opposition leader to meet EC head on Thursday

Grzegorz Schetyna, the leader of Poland's main opposition party Civic Platform (PO), has said he will meet European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker in Brussels on Thursday and accused the government of placing Poland "on the margins" of the EU. According to the opposition leader, Poland is placing itself "intentionally on the margins, we are at loggerheads with everyone in Brussels, we are fighting against everyone," which he said could reduce the inflow of EU cohesion and agricultural funds to Poland.
