Polish cardinal presents John Paul II's cross to St Mary's Basilica

Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz, former personal secretary of St. John Paul II and former archbishop of Krakow, presented a solid-gold cross, worn by the late Polish-born Pope, to St Mary's Basilica in Kraków, southern Poland, the basilica's pastor told PAP. The cross was designed by Italian sculptor Enrino Manfrini.
