Mining accident investigators from Poland and the Czech Republic will meet in the Czech town of Karvina on Friday to discuss setting up of a joint investigation team to determine the cause of the methane blast at the CSM mine, which killed 13 miners. "The meeting will concern the possibility of establishing a joint investigation team on this matter," said the head of the District Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice (southern Poland) Radosław WoĽniak, who will attend the meeting.
