A National Criminal Agency (NAKA) investigator won't investigate the digital communication between prosecutor Peter Sufliarsky and controversial entrepreneur Marian K. (name abbreviated due to legal reasons), who stands accused of ordering the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak, Police Corps Presidium spokesperson Denisa Baloghova told TASR on Thursday. It was the aktuality.sk website that broke the news earlier in the day. The NAKA anti-corruption unit investigator rejected the case, as no findings have been made that would constitute a "crime, misdemeanour or disciplinary offence".
