Police to be completely rearmed by end of 2019

The Interior Ministry will completely rearm the police by the end of this year, the ministry said on Monday. Interior Minister Denisa Sakova said the new weapons would not only increase the effectiveness of police operations but will also improve the personal safety of police officers. Police officers will be given 17,000 Glock 17 4Gen pistols with accessories, 8,000 CZ P-07 DUTY pistols with accessories and 1,000 CZ 2075 RAMI pistols.
