Police evacuating hotel over bomb alert in Czech town

Guests and staff were asked to leave hotel Prestige in Znojmo for about two hours due to an anonymous call suggesting a bomb was hidden in the building. However, a police search of the premises revealed no suspicious object, police spokeswoman Lenka Drahokoupilova told journalists. The hotel resumed its operations just before 11am, Drahokoupilova said. The luxury hotel is outside the town centre.
