The average time spent by Poles on searching for a job fell to an average 2.5 months, results of the latest research by Ramstad Research Institute show. Two or three years ago it took Poles an average 3.5 months to find a job. Job seekers said they were surprised how fast they are able to find a job now. Monika Fedorczuk, expert at the Lewiatan business organisation representing employers' interests, noted that the Polish labour market is experiencing problems with finding workers.
