Poland to pay PLN 500 monthly disability benefit from September

The Polish government plans to pay a PLN 500 (EUR 117) monthly benefit for disabled adults from September 1, according to the government's legislative agenda. "It is proposed that the allowance for people entirely incapable of work and incapable of self-reliance is granted to the sum of up to PLN 500 per month, depending on the amount of benefit collected by entitled persons (...) the total amount of the allowance must not exceed the total sum of PLN 1,600 (EUR 376)," the agenda reads.
