A very difficult election campaign is ahead and everything will be done to mobilise the party's electorate, Law and Justice campaign manager Tomasz Poręba told PAP, noting that the party's politicians hit the campaign trail on Monday. The Mazowieckie province in mid-north-eastern Poland is the first stop on the campaign trail. In line with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki's decree, local elections will take place on October 21, while a second round of direct elections of village administrators, city council members and mayors will take place on November 4. "A very difficult election campaign awaits us, because on the other side we have an aggressive, vicious and unmeritorious opponent who is not interested in discussions or campaign issues, only arguments," Poręba said in an interview with PAP.
