Poland has never received adequate compensation for the great destruction inflicted by the Germans during World War Two and has moral and legal grounds to talk about war reparations, Deputy Foreign Minister Szymon Szynkowski said on Tuesday. A parliamentary team is working on a report on the matter to be submitted in September, the team's head, lawmaker Arkadiusz Mularczyk, said. The amount of war losses was an estimated at 850 billion US dollars, he said.
