Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Development and Finance Mateusz Morawiecki on Wednesday said he would like Poland to have an annual budget surplus within a few years. Asked at a conference summing up two years of the Law and Justice party's rule when Poland would be able to show an annual budget surplus, Morawiecki said: "I would like this to happen in the next few years." The deputy PM added that he would like to see further consolidation of public finances in Poland.
