Parliamentary Vice-chair Peter Pellegrini (Smer-SD) welcomes Mojmir Mamojka's decision to resign as a constitutional judge, explaining that this step will contribute to the strengthening of trust in the Constitutional Court and allows Mamojka to explain the publicised suspicions, TASR learnt on Wednesday. "I welcome Mr. Mamojka's decision to resign as a constitutional judge. I respect his move, which will help build trust in an institution such as the Constitutional Court and at the same time allow him as a person to explain the publicised suspicions," Pellegrini told TASR.
